I. Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Fee

• Free nationwide delivery for orders over 1,000,000 VND.

• King Blue will deliver to the designated transportation hub or shipping company specified by the customer. Customers will pay the order value and shipping cost to King Blue.

2. Delivery Time

• Inner-city areas of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 days.
• Suburban areas and major cities: 3–4 days.
• Other areas: 4–5 days.

Please check the goods upon receipt. If you notice any damage, scratches, dents, or incorrect items, kindly confirm with the delivery personnel and notify King Blue.

II. Payment Policy
